Yes, you can play it on your computer. The iTunes software on your computer lets you play all of your content, both audio and video, on your computer as well as your iPod.

yes. You can play it through Itunes or by downloading any codecs that Windows Media might require.
Itunes forces you to have a copy of Quicktime players. Double Click on the file name with in your "tv shows" tab in Itunes and it will start playing it in small or large mode.

You can play it on both. Double click the episode you want to watch and a window should pop up running the episode.
