I need an American telephone number for business. But, I live in a border town in mexico. So far Nextel is working pretty good. My customers can call me on the American number. But, it is so expensive. I don't want to sacrifice quality for cost. However, if I can get a good company at a good price it's a plus.

I lost my phone in the mall and I reported the cell phone missing a few hours later. Since I have insurance on the phone and I just paid my bill in full Sprint quickly sent a replacement. Customer service told me I would not have to pay for any damages on the account. A few days later they call and say I need to pay $200+ dollars again I told them the problem and they said do not worry about it. Now Sprint says I owe $461 dollars because even though I reported the phone missing someone was still charging to my account. I feel I should not pay for this and would like to know if their is a way to counter this. Thank You your input would be greatly valued.

I know I can order the DG phone offline but, I just signed up with cingular and got a pink razor. I have 30 days to return it and get a new one. But does anyone know if cingular even carries the gold DG razor? If so, do I just buy it and then bring it into the cingular store and have them activate it? How does that work?

I just switched to Verizon from Sprint. My first bill was 120.00 which I thought was high, today I got a $532.75 bill. I am floored as I have a the American Choice Plan. I am aware of not using my phone too much. There seems to be many calls I am not familar with. Will they give you ONE chance to upgrade your minute plan. HELP this is way to high!
