cingular cell phone accounts?

I am embarassed to say I still use Cingular. But I do so because I am too lazy to research the others. Cingular screwed me out of $350.00 that I was to be reimbursed on my original contract and when I walk into a Cingular office, they tell me to contact the customer service people who I have contacted and nothing happened. I put all my info together and sent it to Cingular in Atlanta and it came back a month later after Cingular Atlanta forwarded it to Cingular Arkansas and they returned it to me saying "NO SUCH ADDRESS"

Cingular rocks you can get calls all over and the rollover mins is great.
