i have a new o2 phone and i am getting offers left right and centre i got a letter with my phone saying i was entitled to a free game some ringtones and wallpapers i just dont know where to get them from because it says excludes o2 active help PLEASE??

Connect to o2 active from your mobile phone and you will see a list of things whats new,downloads,sport etc, click on downloads and you will see another list showing true tones.ringtones wallpapers etc.you can download 1 free wallpaper, 1 true tone or ringtone.and 1 game the games can be found in the games arcade section.USING O2 ACTIVE FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS IS ALSO FREE. hope that helps.

try the O2 website, an O2 Shop or just go online with your phone, when you get a txt message go into options and you should find one saying go to URL, accept this and it will take you to a link to download stuff that they are going to let you have. You'll get the hang of it soon enough. I love O2 :P

O2 have very good customer service so I'd contact them and ask for clarification.

they used to do it yet am uncertain no remember if or no longer they do the comparable furnish i think of they have replaced the furnish now cos i used to be aside of that service and that they've not despatched me the hyperlink for a protracted time, wow that is going to be a pair of months now for the reason that I have been given something from them.
