So I ordered a Sidekick 3 from http://fusewireless on Sunday night, I payed the $20 extra to get 2 day shipping... doing the math, I would assume it would be here today[Thursday], but it's not here yet.. and it's already 12:47PM pacific time.. should I be worried?? Do you think it will be here later today??? 10 points, thanks.

Have set everything up on my PC using the CD & data cable etc..My phone is recognised, managed to back up contacts and stuff. When I try to transfer files from PC to phone, it starts the transfer then cancels itself. Phone is not full, files are ordinary MP3's. Any ideas?

i downloaded settings to use internet on my SE K800i but when i accepted the Msg & said ok to install the settings it said Data accounts full delete unused accounts & try aggain.

My wife has just upgraded her phone and taken out an 18 month contract over the phone with the carphone warehouse. She was offered 600 min talk time and 500 texts per month with £150 cash back over the contract period. The phone arrived today and on the contract it stated 600 min and only 100 texts and no cash back. She phoned them back and they confirmed that this was what had been agreed to. Not the case. To cut it short they said they will dig the tapes out but may take up to 14 days. I have a feeling that when she rings back they will know nothing about it. Where does she stand legally ? They say she can't cancel the contract. If she does what will happen ? We are quite happy to take them to court over this as it was not what was agreed. Any ideas or legal points will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My Cell Phone was in the same pocket as a gameworks card and I think it ruined the outer screen on my cell. It has rainbow lines on the bottom and Black lines on the top and you can't see anything.

O.k. So I received a T-Mobile Sidekick 2 for Christmas from a friend. I have Cingular service. Can I use the chip from my Cingular phone in the T-Mobile SK2? The phone should be here today. I didn't want to ask the person that gave me the gift cause I didn't want to seem rude. Or any places you knwof that can help me so that the chip does work?
