I don't think you can find out through the phone provider, but you can have them block the calls.

i would say so as well keep the date and time of the incoming call and give to phone carrier i heard that you can do a reverse on the last call through the operator but it cost a arm and leg they say you can get the name of that person/company and address as well as # i did it on my house phone and it was like $5.80 but i got what i wanted never did the cell phone but if i were tou i would leave in my voice mail from the start if your trying to reach me w/a block # sorry you will continue to get my voice mail due to the fact i personally dont answer to block #"s then maybe they will stop calling w/block # but anyways gl

no you cant sorry just dont answer leave a message on your voice mail saying that if you block your number that youwont answer and obviously the dont want to talk to hide idenity so tell them unblock thier number or they will keep getting your voicemail and all youcan call your company and ask if they can block private number but i dont think you can.

Yes, you could probably call, but i'm not sure if they would dish out that info., since the person wanted their name to come up as "restricted." You could always try re-dialing it and see if the actual number comes up on your screen.
