It still doesnt work now i have got the settings it sais connecting, then it sais "connection failiure check settings. if problem persists, please contact your operator for support"

Huh? Call your cel phone provider and as for Technical Support department.

There could be more than 1 issue cause you cannot connect to Mobile Internet.

1. You have to subscribe the mobile Internet service from your service provider before you can get the connection.

2. Is the mobile phone provided by your cellular service provider or you get it from other source.

If the phone is supplied by your cellular service provider, you do not have to change the settings, because it is preset for the service.
If this is an unlocked device, you have to contact the service provider or check with the hardware vendor on the settings.

Call your provider or go to a cell phone store from your provider. They are really good with these types of things. Check your providers website too
