I just bought a sidekick 3 today without a plan because my dad has already signed up for a family plan.

I used a Motorola RazR V3 and I decided to get a sidekick. I went and got one and was wondering if I will still be able to have whatever that is in the plan and just add a $20 Sidekick plan onto it.

I haven't had a home phone in a whiile while ,just using a cell..I contacted AT@T but they want my first born, urine sample and finger prints..Only kidding but they said it may take about 15 days to process and 115 security deposit... I dont have Photo ID. Do i need one to buy a pre paid cell phone at walmart or target? if i do need one, then can i just have my mom buy one for me and put it in my name so that when i call my friends its says my name on thier caller ID instead of my moms name?

i was think about going with Tracfone. No? is there a better option?

I recentley purchased a Virgin Mobile Cell Phone, I was wondering do all of their phones come with an optional plan, what i mean is if I wanted a prepaid plan i choose that but later on i choose a monthly plan, but keep in mind im using the same phone can i do that, is it possible? How can I buy a Verizon cell phone as a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday, when I am not a Verizon user and he is? I am not going to sign up for a new plan, I just want to get him a new phone, thoughtfully picked out by me, for his birthday. It seems like I can't get him a new one without signing up for a plan.
