Pre Paid Cell Phones Photo ID?

I dont have Photo ID. Do i need one to buy a pre paid cell phone at walmart or target? if i do need one, then can i just have my mom buy one for me and put it in my name so that when i call my friends its says my name on thier caller ID instead of my moms name?

i was think about going with Tracfone. No? is there a better option?

No, you don't need ID to buy a prepaid phone. You can buy a prepaid phone directly from the provider (online), and there's no ID requirement there either.

Why are you considering Tracfone? Looks like you'll be paying something like $0.20/minute. If you can do a $100 refill at a time, T-Mobile will do 1000 minutes ($0.10/min) with a one year expiration. Minutes roll over with each refill, and after that first $100 (Gold Rewards), subsequent refills add a year to the expiration regardless of the refill amount.

If you buy a prepaid phone you do not need a photo ID. I bought a T-Mobile prepaid from walmart and all I needed to do when I got home was call the 1-800 # and give my date of birth,

i think of Verizon is the final available! It has quickly internet, and stunning service. i believe that the fee is around $80 for internet and limitless texting and a couple of minutes. I even have by no ability used AT&T, i've got heard it sucks yet tHen i've got heard this is effective. and there is is around 50 a month for each thing.
