Yes okay chicken, *69 IS HOW IT GOT RESTRICTED, but anyway theres problably a reason it was restricted and that would be because who ever called you didnt want to know who they were. You might be able to take it to a dealer and find out I haven't cared enough to do it. Is it that big of a deal anyway?

You Can't normally. If you Keep strict records of when the caller calls you, and if they are being offensive or running up your bill considerably, you can file a formal complaint with Verizon to submit to law enforcement for a warrant. Talk to your Verizon customer care rep. They are the best ones to help resolve your problem and get the ball rolling on your mystery caller.
