have encounter people waiting for the ps3 update Home in the net. so what is it and what makes it so highly anticipated.
plus will there be a firmware to remove region lock in ps2 games for ps3 consoles? thanks

Here's the rub, for the first time ever, last week the screen went black for about 20 minutes. The sound remained and once the picture came back they haven't had any problems. Is this an indication that the TV is going out? Currently we have an analog old TV with cracked speakers, so we are tempted if it is fixable and not too expensive.

Im reading about the adapter...but i cant understand the description very well... Do u HAVE to have this to play saved game files from PS2 on the PS3?? for example... say i play Devil May Cry 3 on PS2 and i want to play it on the PS3... do i need this adapter so i can plug the memory card in and play my saved game on the PS3?

I've set up my computer to play some classic games and I would like to find arcade joysticks for my PC. NOT a flight controller joystick and not a gamepad (I already have that). I'm looking for the big old straight up and down pac-man type controller - with a couple of big buttons - that connects via USB. I've seen the kits, but they are expensive. I can't believe there aren't ones that cost less than $50. I'd also love to find the same thing with a roller ball for Arkenoid/Pong type games. Any recommendations?

I am just starting to get into photography as a hobby and I want a digital camera that will be suitable for me to start off with. I wanted to get 8+ optical zoom, and I have been told that 6 megapixels is more than enough, but can't decide on a specific camera, as I can't be sure if they have enough manual controls. Given that I want to spend $300 can anyone reccomend a couple of cameras to look at, or avoid?
