i unplugged the internet yesterday then plugged it back ,but after i did that my limewire dosent work anymore .it's saying that "your machine does not appear to have an active internet connection". but my internet works ...

I'm trying to find a free editing program that can help me change the size of my videos, plus change the format. Nothing really complicated. I just want to change the video that i have from 352 x 240 to 352 x 288 and make it wmv instead of mpeg. Any suggestions?

I have Windows XP (pirate version). However, I downloaded some thingy that made it Geniune. My RAM is 1.35 G.B. And my internal memory is 120 G.B.

Coukd Windows Vista work on it?
Or will it be too slow or bad??
And will it work theme programs and other XP programs??
What do you prefer?

When I opened an attachment from a known person,it opened in photo printing wizard. I saw my document but there were dozens of ponographic pictures and a couple of photos sent to me. I clicked on clear all but no effect. I tried to delete with Godelete but no effect. I have a feeling that some sort of virus brought them in. How to delete and how to stop such pictures? Will they migrate in my e-mails?

I'm trying to install windows XP and the windows setup looks like its going fine, when reformatting the hard drive. Then after it copies files and intializes windows XP then it reboots the computer.. and it says 'setup will continue after your computer restarts' but after it restarts it looks like its going through the same process.. Whats the problem??.. the hard drive. maybe i should get a new one?. How do i finish the installation and get to desktop.. . Help. steps.. thanks..

I just bought a new computer with windows vista home premium.I downloaded the disk when i bought it. Now I cannot get connected to the internet.I was using peoplepc version 6.3 but when I put the peoplepc disk in it says this version of windows is not compatible.I did put peoplepc version 5.0 and it started up this version worked all the way up to very last of the download then it freezes up what could be the problem.and how do i get my peoplepc disk to work with this version of windows.Oh it told me that I might have a firewall or antivirus program on how do i disable my firewall and find out if I have a antivirus program on.I need step by step instructions to get my computer back on the internet with this new version of windows vista.I tried everything to fix this problem I have been on the computer for hours trying to fix this someone please help.I need help getting back online no internet service

I have 2 computers one with windows XP and the other with Vista. The Computer with Vista is having problems with Photoshop CS2. It runs way slower than the XP version. Its very frustrating, since my main computer is the one that has Vista. Any thoughts?

When I receive a message with HTML images and formatting into my Outlook 2003 inbox, everything appears as it should. When I forward this message to another Outlook 2003 user within the company walls, selective images disappear.

That is to say, my message will be an HTML message with a header image and images down the right side. Only the header will appear after forwarding.

Regular HTML code will turn into a Microsoft Word "translation" of the code — but most of it will still display correctly. Seemingly random IMG tags are removed.

I know there's not a lot of details to go on or specific examples visible, but if anyone's had a similar problem, please let me know how you went about fixing it. Thanks.
