Is Ultra Soft a spyware program?

I just had a bad rash of spyware problems and think I have them cleaned up, but when I look at my Add/Remove programs list, there's one called "Ultra Soft"--I don't recognize it and don't know if it's anything I need or nor. Does anyone know if it's spyware or if it's ok to remove it?

It doesn't look to be spyware, but if you don't need it why keep it?
