how do i set up two cd drives?

If they are on the same cable, yes.

Hi there.

Yes, only if your cable has three connector plugs, two at the end and one in the middle. The end is the Master, and the middle one is the Slave.

Make sure you set your CD drives to master and slave accordingly. Also, you'll get better performance if you have the faster drive set as Master.
