I am writing a program in Visual Basic 6, and I would like to open a dialog box through a menu option. What code would do this for me (the form I want to open is called frmAbout)

i want it to be free. i don't want anyone to ask for any personal info...adress/state/full name/phone number. this site would be just like...myspace...except just for me and my friends. don't say 'just get a myspace' because i don't want to. like i said before, i want it to be totally free. and don't say 'just search it on the internet' because i've tried that and it still doesn't work. so plz help me, how do i get a totally free website without having to give out any personal information?

Screen saver switches back to Windows Welcome screen whenever it wants to. Is there a setting I need to find in another heading to keep " Pipes " saver going until I decide to go back to using computer? Sorry if this seems stupid and basic but it's all new to me!!! Thanks!

I am redesigning my companies main website and want to create new webforms for the site. I do not know how to use CGI, PHP, MySqrl or any thing else. My experience is in HTML, xHTML and CSS. Is there a way for me to create a webform for my site that uses only HTML that will permit the user to fill out the form and then email it to me?
I have tried free hosted CGI forms in the past and they are not reliable. PLEASE HELP!!! My business is suffering.

I created some nice looking buttons using TextBoxes. Then I put them into the left had cell of a table. It looks great! But then when I minimize the screen the buttons move out of the place where I put them! And on other computers the buttons are not even close to being in the cell that I put them in. QUESTION: How do I anchor these textbox buttons to stay where I put them no matter what computer or if the window is minimized?

except for me of course. all of the codes i've found have been text-boxes that you can delete and edit the textbox on the page. i just want it so that you can read it. i realize that if you refresh the page it resets with the original text, but i would really like the code that will make it read-only.

for every kind of file i'd try to save it as, it keeps telling me the file type is unknown. i'm kind of desperate for this to work because i really like everything else about it. if you don't have any idea how to fix this problem, a suggestion for another photo editing freeware program that works possibly better (?) would be great!

I'm trying to implement the javascript here:

Problem I'm having is that the script when it fires seems to exceed the width of my CSS frames so that for a split-second the vertical scrollbar appears as the graphics are drawn, then vanishes as the graphics fall away.

Can someone please take a look at the script source and help me figure out how to constrain the width of the graphics effects so that I can confine them to within my frame? In other words, make it so that the graphics don't spill out of the boundaries of my panel.
