To be truthful, both the communications and power supply and delivery systems in this country are a disaster and being such is sa direct result of government in-action and corporate greed.
After the second world war, when our government became aware of what could happen to the countries power need by watching the results of the bombing in Germany, they promised that would never happen here, and all necessary action would be taken to place all critical power lines and equipment underground, so our country would not be crippled in case of attack or natural disaster.
