How can I make a building on Google earth?

I know there is a certain computer program that allows you to make buildings and put them in Google Earth, I just can't remember the title.

Google earth is a broadband 3D application that allows you see maps and satellite images. Google sketchup is the program I believe you're referring to. Get it here:http://sketchup.google.com/
