there are two reasons
1. they are trying to create something else on notepad and they mispell or forget to put in a few signs, or they tamper with codes that already exists on the internet
2. they just wanna mess with people, or steal their identity for themselves

Some people now collect computer viruses as a hobby. LOL!

But, I afraid to go look at the web-site. May get a virus. :-D

Because Norton and Microsoft want you to have to constantly buy new Software to get rid of viruses. It's all a con!
