I asked this question a few days ago, and still cannot figure out what could cause this problem!!! I am starting a small informational website... just getting started with still alot of dead links etc. I am new to this but seem to be figuring it out. My problem right now is that several people tell me there is 'overlapping' and double lines on my website. When I look at it from my pc... and my husbands, it appears perfect. I tried using IE and Firefox, which is what other people told me they were viewing it with. Any help is appreciated! It is hard for me to fix a problem that I cannot see on my end! Oh, and I am using Yahoo Sitebuilder. The address is:

Does this website appear 'normal' to anyone? Or is it messed up when you look at it? I tried re-doing the homepage with a different font and background... please tell me if this has fixed the problem. Thanks again.

In my table I have 3 fields "Gross Income" & "Total Expenses" and "Net Income" I want my net income field to calculate by its own by deducting expenses from income, what would I write in the default value of my table properties, I can do it in my form but in my table, i find it hard.

have been debating myself on how & where to start?
I am 49 years old and I need to start where I can get a job
quickly. I check Linux/Unix well they all require 4 to 6 years of experience in order to consider you. Meaning if I learn linux nobody will hire me. I look at SQL Server DBa same thing , even if I get a certifications my chances at 49 without any experience are slim to get into that field. I was thinking about ASP.NET and the Web Development in general. What do you guys will recommend me to at least get my feet into the field?? After that I will learn more but I need to get in. Thanks for your recommendations guys.

but in the form view they are all messed up. It appears to be ordering them in a numeric order such as this:
1,10,100,101,102,-----2,20,200,201,202 etc etc. Is there a way to change the sort so that it will simply go 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9??? Thanks!

At present all my text links are in blue (purple once visited) and underlined.
Is there any way to change this (eg I would like it to be bold, black and with no underline), apart from replacing it with a graphic?

Does anyone know how to set up bebo so you can see whos been viewing your page? I know it can definitely be done but I just don't know how! I would like an invisible thing so that people don't know you are tracking, like no javascript codes that have to be posted. Appreciate your help, thanks!

i want to have a gallery on my web page. a fixed html page that doesn't reload. only the new image loads replacing the old in the same spot when you select a number corresponding to the next image. is this html, java, etc? and what is the technical term called so i can look it up to create my code? example sites are like victoria secret or frederiks that let you sample different colors of product in the window embedded in the page without the whole page reloading. only that small image changes.

I haven't changed the code so I can only imagine something has happened to my server settings???

i tried to get WXP on you PSP by using this folder that you down called win and then you enter the internet browser and type that html thing [ if u have no idea what i am talking about click here... http://www.winpsportal.com/download.php ] but it said this page can not be displayed, i want to know of there is another way to get WXP on my PSP if you know that i am doing something wrong with the win folder thing please anwser!!!

I have converted an ISO and burned it to CD to use as a boot-up disk. However, on rebooting, I am presented with a Command Line interface. The top line reads "Starting Caldera DR-DOS" and the command prompt at the bottom of the screen reads [DR-DOS] A:\> but my computer has no 'A' Drive. It is the 'E' Drive I wish to install the item on. Can anybody guide me? I've never worked with CLI before but there is no GUI alternative offered this time.

I need to place a clickable "console" on my website that will actually play and not cause the viewer to have to download anything if they come in using firefox. my consoles work on IE, but firefox give a little image and when I clcik on it, it wants me to download quicktime. I am updating my website and I have music on my home page. It does not have words and I don't think distracts anyone from reading the site. I remember someone telling me that having music on every page makes each page take longer to load. Is it worth it? After all, it is a music site.

Check it out if you want, it is a private site, no spam and I am not trying to sell anything. My only purpose is to get my music out into the world.

I have a loop that creates 5 versions of a variable. I would like the variable to be named something like

string1
string2
...
I just want to tack on the value of the incrementing integer to the name of the variables.
