I'd like to create a blog where anyone can submit the ariticles, but they're displayed and ranked based on other people's votes. Is there any out of the box solution for this without custom programming my own site? Thanks in advance...

I should add that I'm not a programming person, and I'm not looking to setup my own web server. For now, I'm looking for a hosted solution like Blogger or Typepad that allows me to setup everything through a web browser. Not sure if that exists, but thought I'd ask!

Drupal might be able to do this with some modules. It is primarily an open source CMS used for multiple blog/article/page submissions. I know they have a rating module available for download, but I'm not sure how it ties in. You could read about it though. And it is fairly easy to work with if you aren't familiar with programming/scripting.
