How do set my Windows XP computer so when I hit ctrl, alt, delete it takes me to the menue where i can chose?

to lock my computer, shutdown task monitor etc. rather than taking me straight to the task monitor? thanks!

Goto control panel
CLick on user account
click on "change the way user log on or lo off"
Uncheck the "use fast user switching" option and "use welcome screen" option.

go to the control panel, you'll be able to find what you need to do through that.
