i want to execute a .exe file how do i do this?
so i want to have a textbox where i type the path to my file and then when i press execute! the file should start!
an example code ?

using My.Computer.Network.Ping("www.google.com")

aside from it returning a true or false can it return the time in ms it took to get there?

Or do you know a way I can retrieve that info

I do not like to work with nasm's text editors and all thoise things!
There is one more thing that I think it is possible but I am not sure!

I was going through someone's html. I came across this piece of code in the css part where he was trying to create a box:
margin: 0 20px 0 0 !important;
margin: 0 8px 0 0;
I don't get why did he have to declare the margin twice and is that "important" preceded by an exclamation mark a comment?
