http://www.hi5.com/ comes up fine for me. Are you a minor and maybe your parents have put a block on hi5?

SITES USE COOKIES FOR EASY ACCESS but sometimes if some cookies and temp files get expired or deleted the site neither opens nor is accessible from that computer same is the care with yahoo beta and other sites like that even ORKUT takes time if cookies are not their
goto internet options and click on allow cookie option and also click on delet files and delete cookies button in content in internet options and close the window reopen and click on the site or type the address it should work
else in to google and type the name and ahead of it type proxy
you will get am other address for the same site

Hi,
1. Try clearing ur Cookies, Offline Files, and Clear History.
2. Open Internet Explorer - Click on Tools - Intenret Options - Under General clear Cookies, Offline Files & History.
3. Try now to visit http://www.hi5.com/ if still it doesn't work.
4. Try browsing http://www.hi5.com/ from this proxy site http://www.proxybrowser.org if Hi5.com open from this proxy site that means ur ISP is blocked this website, u need to contact them.
Hope that solves ur problem.
Regards,
Murugesh
