Am trying to design a logo and i want to upload it on my website how do i copyright protect it so that someone else does not copy it as their logo.

Im have just started using Python on Windows and I already do Visual Basic.Net and very basic C++ programming but don't get how to start using Python.
I don't get how to build programs into executables and I dont get the IDLE. Does anyone know where I can learn right from the start using the shipped IDLE how to build a basic app and build it to an executable.

One of my assignments is to: create a non-gui based Java application that calculates weekly pay for an employee.
We are using Eclipse software for this course. Is this the software I need to create a non-Gui application or is there something else? If this is the software, what is the difference when I create the program? ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

I see Adobe owns both Golive and Dreamweaver, and offers "upgrade" from Golive to the (vastly) more expensive Dreamweaver. I see also that while Golive is part of CS2 Dreamweaver will "go on" to be part of CS3...for those who may be interested in (and are wealthy enough for) that sort of thing.

What's the difference?

I hard-code. (I use a rather primitive wysiwyg editor.) Should I care?

Ok, I'll try you guys. Why does the following work but not othere (in a query)?
Works = IIf([Expr12] Is Null,[Origin],[Expr12])

Does not work = IIf([Destination]=[STN CD],[Profit Center])

or iif( [Destination] = [All Stations]![STN CD], [All Stations]![Profit Center] )

Hi,

I need a help for the
below:

We are migrating the Windows NT server to new Windows 2003 Server .At present the NT server has the following Components in it:


1.FTP service
2.IIS 4.0
3.Applications ( written in C language )
4.DB2 database server ( Back end )
5.Cold Fusion Application Server( Front end - Cold Fusion scripts)
6.Scheduled Batch Jobs

In our project we're moving this to the new Windows 2003 Server, which'll e a new 64 bit Enterprise Edition with a good h/w config.

If anyone of u did the similar project before please give me your suggestions like how to start working , areas that should be concentrated more, what kind of problems that may arise, how to test after migration & risks that may arise in future.


Note: this's a critical server deployed in production and user count may be around few 1000s.

Last year for my english class my professor did NOT want us to have web address (full ones with http and www) to show as hyperlinks in microsoft word.
Now, Im writing a paper for biology class and on my references page I am supposed to have the web address show as a hyperlink in between the . How do I turn that option on again?
