I don't like the way my web page looks and I want to add pictures.

Your question is too general. If you created a web page from scratch you must know how to update it. If you are referring to MySpace or Yahoo 360, etc. then refer to help at those sites.

You mean, a web page you wrote, yourself? You should rewrite the file, containing the webpage materials (download a copy, if you don't have it) and revise as necessary! (Do you write, using wysiwyg? Use that. Dreamweaver? Use that. Etc.)

To upload, download, you'll use ws_ftp or Filezilla or Firefox tool named FireFTP or some such tool that lets you trade files with your host via ftp - your host company gave you that host ftp server/ userid/ password info when you signed up.
