#2- school receives no federal funds

If it were a public school, it would be about privacy laws etc.

however, in private schools, (I go to an all guys catholic school), they are not a federal institution, and have much more freedom. they don't need your consent to release your grades. Inside the walls of a private school, you technically do not have to be gauranteed any 'rights', such as privacy or freedom of speech.

in fact, this is also the reason why corporal punishment (nuns spanking children etc.) is not illegal. in a public school such actions would cause someone to get sued.

This is a "Laws and Ethics" question, not a programming and design question.

Unless when you enrolled your parents signed some sort of contract protecting your privacy, there's very little you can do, as a private school, not funded by the Feds, are not tied by many Federal regulations.

it is a "rules and Ethics" question, no longer a programming and format question. different than as quickly as you enrolled your father and mom signed some sort of contract conserving your privateness, there is little or no you're able to do, as a private college, no longer funded by making use of skill of the Feds, are honestly no longer tied by making use of skill of many Federal rules.
