Here ya go... When i am on explorer i go to webpages and such i can click on links and for the most part surf the web... until i get to a button that is Java Script at least i think it is that... also automatic drop down menus that should drop when my cursor moves over the top of the menu those drop menus don't drop... so then i can't use the menus... it really is upsetting.... i can't even get the things done that i need too... i updated to Internet Explorer 7 thinkin if a file or so was missing then it would be reinstalled... well that was a no go... most of the time i can't download anything because it won't automatically try to download... oh also Active X messages don't ever come up... ummm so... help

How do you disable people to view the source from View>>Source ?? I know i know, theres no real way to prevent people from viewing your source, they can use other browsers, unsrcamble your encrypted, use 3rd-person parties, access from other places, etc.

but i just need it to prevent my classmates from seeing how my website come about ^.^ only 1 or 2 of them are smart enough to get pass disable right click and disable view>>source... so anyways... can anyone provide that code/script/etc. ??

I'm helping my boyfriend create a webpage for a business venture he would like to start up. He has already registered a domain name.

Since he works all the time he has left the building of the web page up to me, but I don't know where to start or what I am even doing. I learned how to build a web page in 8th grade, but I'm 23 now and all that info that I had is now gone.

As much info as you can give me would really help me out. Even web page references would be super.

If I create a public class in a Masterpage, is that class available to work with in Content pages that are created using that Masterpage? If there has been an object created with one of those classes in the Masterpage, can it be referenced directly in the Content page, or must a new object be instantiated?

CSS in web design..........whats the point? can someone please explain to me, in simple terms why they exist? Why are they better than HTML? If they are supposed to allow the web designer more control over the layout why do I always feel the opposite when I am using ready made templates? If on the other hand they enable a website designer to make all round specified design parameters how would I apply it to my site which unfortunately, as it has been built over the years ended up with different font sizes and line spacing on different pages……Is the a CSS tag I could put at the top of each page/main or table to override the other tags The site I am having problems with is www.libyantravels.com any advice to prevent me going mad would be appreciated but please keep it simple.........thanks

I want to give the person pictures, text, information, etc and they end up with a perfect website. I realize this has lots of design decisions as well as implementation. It's too much work to tell exactly what i want on each page: besides I want expertise applied in designing my site - i don't know how.
However another person who says they do websites thinks I should be able to give a total description of what I want and they just code/implement it. What does one normally pay for these different types of services? I am willing to give raw materials but I want a turnkey operation. How do I explain to the web person that i need web DESIGN not just implementation -or that "graphics" is a different thing than web design...(they don't seem to think that design is any work at all?)

Hi guyz! Just wanna ask how to solve my problem regarding the Runtime Error: 20599 - Unable to open SQL Server? I already configure my ODBC connected to the SQL server and it was successful. But the error always appear eventhough I change my p2sodbc into updated version. what seems to be the problem why I cannot execute print preview? I used VB6, SQL Server 2000 and Crystal report 8.5
