I have to make certain capions zoomin and zoomout frequently in my html page. Can you send me the code to do that? May it be javascipt or whatever, but I need to display it in the HTML page.

Zooming effects will make the page jump.
Swapping a picture will use cpu while the control swaps the picture every n seconds to make it blink.
What you need is an animated gif with a large and small resolution text graphic. It will still be annoying and everyone will switch off your web page.
