Question About Runtime Error: 20599??

Hi guyz! Just wanna ask how to solve my problem regarding the Runtime Error: 20599 - Unable to open SQL Server? I already configure my ODBC connected to the SQL server and it was successful. But the error always appear eventhough I change my p2sodbc into updated version. what seems to be the problem why I cannot execute print preview? I used VB6, SQL Server 2000 and Crystal report 8.5

Most likely cause is that the server name or login info given in the Crystal reports to login to the sql server is incorrect.
