If you know where it is
first: turn off your system restore
second: restart your computer in safe mode by restarting your computer and hitting F8
third: manually remove it by deleting or running your anti virus software.
Then it will be gone!
You might also be able to find a removal tool by doing a search for it on yahoo.

All You Have to do is to Use a Anti Virus such as AVG it will automatically remove that kind of a virus or you can download a anti spy software by yahoo.

You need anti-virus software which can find this trojan and get rid of it. Try AVG you can download a free version.

Your ant-virus software should remove it, If you do not have one, get AVG Free Edition by Grisoft, it is quite good.

first try with spybot search and destroy or adaware se personal after that scan with ur antivirus software or use avg antivirus software, alternatively try to locate where exactly the trojan horse is and then remove that particular file.

purchase stop sign. it kills all of that bad stuff on your pc without ruining anything. get the cure for about 24 bucks - but it's damn worth it. first run a free scan, then buy the cure. it's great.
