A system of using ten number digits (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9) is as old as Vedic Mathematics! Even though computers rely on 'binary' and 'its variants' they have not replaced use of number system with ten number digits?

A correct answer to this shall add a useful public awareness that 'which one of said two systems truly excell' !

Kindly note that each answer shall have clear reasoning!

I know this has been asked before, but it is not working for me!
I have Microsoft 2003, it should be new enough.
I've followed all of the instructions in Help and other online guides and after I enter the formula and hit enter, only the formula itself remains in the cell. Or it does not add the whole range that I requested to be added.
Frustrating!

I am begginer in using dBASE III PLUS. I heard that it requires floppy
disks of dBASE but i don't have. I am having Windows XP. So i request

Write a interactive program that reads three(3) lists of numbers, which are stored in three seprate files, and creates one(1) sorted list. Each file should contain not more than 15 numbers. First you need to create a program that randomly chooses a size(<=15 numbers) for list1. Repeat this procedure to select the other two lists(list2 and list3) and stores them in the corresponding files(file2 and file3) for sorting and merging them into one.

file1(list 1) 32 12 5 990 1
file2(list 2) 2000 3
file3(list 3) 30 6

output in a separate file:

I need freeware, open source or shareware Win XP software, because I'm likely gonna only do *one site*.

I'm dabbling with Expression, but won't get done during the trial. I've tried Nvu and KompoZer (both *way* to too buggy - sometimes 1 step fwd. / many steps back; literally undoing 5 - 8 recent changes), and there's no timeframe for Composer 2.0, AFAIK. Help!

Let's say you're in your bedroom. You're looking at one wall, but decide to turn to the left to look at the wall to the left. Let's say I've drawn this entire room and the visitor to my website can move left and right in terms of a first person view. If the person wanted to turn to look at the wall to the left, is there any specific means to create this sort of 3D movement or do I have to individually draw several frames from the each angle and the eye turns to the left wall (frames would be like this but with more frames in between: starting wall, a little left of starting wall, wall intersection, a little left of wall intersection, left wall) in an animation triggered by the clicking on the button to move left or right?

Anyone know of a GOOD place that will host files (HTML, PHP, java, xhml, etc) other than geocities, maybe with a bit more space? Also it would be great if it had file manager, i only intend to upload files for personal learning of scripts etc, and don't plan to have an actual webpage/blog, or anything (i already have a myspace) so i haven't looked into being 'hosted' by someone's personal domain.
