How do I paste my counter URL (or whatever it's called) to my blog?

I signed up for a counter with "amazingcounters" and I got my ID number. They told me to copy and paste it on my "blogger." How? Where?

Enter it in your blog template. In your blog account, find the Template panel. You may need to ask for help from someone if you do not know any html codes. I suggest you copy all the codes in your blog Template, put it into softwares like Microsoft Frontpage, and edit it there. This is rather a long step and need to be demonstrated for better understanding.
