How can I know the number of people that visit my blog?

My blog is with "Blogger." I know I can monitor the number of my blog views with some little device add-on. How do I get it?

i got my counter from amazingcounters.

you can click on the counter on my blog and register for one with them. they will give you the code to paste on your blog.
