Hi, I want to get into 'Internet Options' so I click on Tools and scroll down to internet options. The options window appears for a split second and disappears so basically not letting me access it. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it? I never used to have a problem accessing it but this has been going on for quite a few weeks now. Not really computer minded at all so explanations in plain english please lol.

What is the easiest way to make something similar to a Java applet using Microsoft technologies, preferably .NET (pre 3.0, I'm looking at .NET 2.0 specifically).

By similar to a Java applet, I am reffering to a light-weight application that can easily be called by HTML code and is optimized for nice animations.

I understand that you can use the Text tool button to write on an image. but if i have an image, and on that image is a text, for example: "I live in Asia", how do i erase that text and write something of my own?

i've finished a web-site and on top of it i put a flash banner.the problem is that i can't make the the buttons work..the connection to the others pages doesn't work.i managed to make them work on my hard-drive but after i upload the site they don't function anymore.any ideeas?

i have already install the printer to my computer but in the printer and faxes,there is not show it...while in start up program,it's already have..
my printer is canon PIXMA MP160,the copy & scan function can running just the print function is can't...y??
i have trying to start the printer spooler but it's show that
ERROR 1053 : the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
what's can i do?
if i want to uninstall it,also can't....
hope someone can teach me...
