Hi, I want to get into 'Internet Options' so I click on Tools and scroll down to internet options. The options window appears for a split second and disappears so basically not letting me access it. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it? I never used to have a problem accessing it but this has been going on for quite a few weeks now. Not really computer minded at all so explanations in plain english please lol.

Thanks

This is happening because your web browser has got corrupted. In this situation, you may reinstall or try repairing the browser from Microsoft. I have some good links that can help you in this situation.
You can reinstall the Internet Explorer from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Browse.aspx?displaylang=en&categoryid=6

sounds like you have a virus/spyware on your PC.

run a full scan on your PC and get rid of anything it finds.

Go to http://www.grisoft.com/ and download AVG Free 7.5. Sounds to me like you have spy/malware on your computer.
