I hear that Mac OS X starting with Tiger has multilingual capabilities, do they include Russian as one of the languages? If so would you then be able to configure an alternative user account for a Russian version and how would all of that be done? Also would it then be possible to configure the preferences so that upon login the keyboard is automatically configured to Russian for that account?

The website shown above is a website that I made last summer for a day camp. It was my first time making a website, and I think I did a good job. However, since I was using a free version of geocities to make the site, the site has many problems, such as it closes at random times if too many viewers check it out.

I came across this really, really nice site above, and while it is not for a day camp of any kind, I really like the layout and style. How can I make a new website that looks like this?
PS: No one at the camp really told me to make any kind of website, and being that it would be for them and not for me, I would prefer not to spend any money to create a new looking site.

There are many online HTML editors (ie. www.FreeTextBox.com). Can someone please explain to me how exactly they go about achieving text input and applying different styles to any portion of the typed text? That is, are they simply using a TEXTAREA and when the user clicks to have BOLD they are identifying the selected region and wrapping a element around the text?
Again Im interested in how they are able to achieve live text input like a textbox/textarea and are able to apply styles to each and every character to it.

I want to get a map like this [ http://www.pcrdevelopers.com/rr_locationmap_big.htm] designed - same area just designed for me with some aspects changed.
I have contacted numerous people and cannot identify who exactly does this type of work - graphic designers don't seem interested - map companies don't appear to do this type of design - CAD design seems extreme. Can any identify who does this type of work, realators must use someone to design these maps afer all?
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using the graphics.h library and have rectangles which represent cars. What is the easiest way to make it look like the "car" is driving down the road? Basically I have to make it look like it's moving. I have been working on this for hours so any help would be appreciated. :)
