Getting an online map designed - who does this type of work?

Hi

I want to get a map like this [ http://www.pcrdevelopers.com/rr_locationmap_big.htm] designed - same area just designed for me with some aspects changed.

I have contacted numerous people and cannot identify who exactly does this type of work - graphic designers don't seem interested - map companies don't appear to do this type of design - CAD design seems extreme. Can any identify who does this type of work, realators must use someone to design these maps afer all?

Any help would be appreciated.

Most graphic designers wont do a map, becuase its not "creative" enough.
But, as a freelancer, if its something I can do, I can quote you a price, and we can go from there.
But I wasnt able to see the link, so I cant give you a better idea.
But if you can send me the entire link, we cans ee what we can work out.
