i would like to make a backround for my computer useing things i have found like pictures and icons and thing like that but i dont no what free programs are out there that i can download. Thanks!

or when it is a un-sized array is it Dim myOtherArray ( ) As String = {“Gun”, “Bullets”, “Knife”, “Holster”}

or is that only if I have previously declared an array?

Ive been using html tables to try and do this however i can't do this as the image im using is from another site e.g. This isn't allowed as a bg image. I basically want some script, maybe css, to position some text over the image exactly where i want (not just top middle or bottom). Can anyone help>? (also javascript might work, not sure)
