how can a change the background of a photo?

i have Adobe photoshop please give details am not computer litterate in that area. thanks in advance

cut the main focus of the picture out (you), and place yourself on a different background.

If you have the background you want, send me both photos, and I'll send you back a PSD (photoshop file) with it done, so you can see how...

Maybe you should just crop the main subject, cut it then paste it on another background photo. ;D
