how do I enhance the volume of vocal frequencies in a video clip?

I'm using sound forge and I would like to know if there is an option that helps or maybe the specific equalizer settings that could help me.

Use the Graphics Equalizer and raise the frequencies between 3k (3000Mhz) and 500 (500Mhz) This is the range of the human voice.
