I want to insert some statements in blank spaces in a form which i scanned, can anyone help me?
The form is viewed in ACDSee format or microsoft picture viewer, but i am unable to add statements in this format. I am unable to convert the picture in pdf or word format .

Anyone know a good site that can teach you to make icons, or that has a program you use to make one? Also, can i make a separate box for my icons? i have WAY to much code in the 'about me' section, which is where all the sites tell you to put the code. I put my icons in the 'heros' section, put they made my page a mile long, and they went dowm one by one. Can anyone help me?
