Do you have Paint on your computer? Open Paint, then open your picture in Paint (File/Open), OR click the file (your scanned form) in its folder where you have saved it, click Copy, then go to the opened Paint, and click Edit/Paste. In Paint, click the A on the left - this is to enter text. Now you can create a text box in the open space on your form and fill it in with text. I assume your scanned picture is in jpg or bmp format. Paint can work with both these formats. When you're done, save your form. I hope this helps.
