How do I make a link that creates a pop-up window and closes the original window? Ex. If there was a link that said 'click here' and I clicked it, a window would pop up and the original window containing the link I clicked would close itself.

Please don't tell me to google it, I've tried that and Yahoo'd it too.

In Dreamweaver, how do I get the "submit" button to *actually* mail (as in mailto:) form data to an email address. At the moment, DW opens a blank email with the properly addressed destination email address, but the email contents are empty, regardless of what is put into a form.
