i need small business owners who need to get good web sites done for their businesses on cheap prices. Any suggestions?

First off, build yourself a website to showcase your work. If you don't have any work to showcase, build mock-up sites with different themes and types. I'm sure you have a couple friends or family who could use a free website.
Thumb through the yellowpages of your city and find websites of local business and view their sites. Take note of improvements you could make and start making calls or sending emails with your suggestions and price.

Try advertising and visiting local small businesseswhere you live. Local shopping bag papers don't cost much to advertise in.
