Hi,

Our DB2 database tables have a composite primary key containing two columns. All stored procedures associated with the database are working with access keys same as primary key.

Will there be a perfomance impact if we change the stored procedures to query the tables using Primary key+ one non indexed colum?

I have a digital camera Fine Pix A350 by Fuji that I took pictures at a trade show. I now need to transfer some of the photos to post on my website. The web site building software is Dreamweaver MX. OK, so with all the bells and whistles I can not manage to reduce the picture to fit into an idea size for the web site around 260 w and 215 h . I have Publisher which one friend thought would work for changing it as well of course the camera software but after hours can not figure it out.

I am trying to simply display an image on a canvas where the image is loaded from a JAR file using the AWT package... NOT swing. All I want is ANY sample code that, when run, will display some sort of image on the canvas or frame or any component of the AWT kit. I can't get this to work for the life of me, and I've spent at least 6 hours trying (literally). This is NOT a Java applet, so any applet code will not help.

Ok, I have 2 iframes over a background.
My first question is: How do I make the background not repeat both vertically and horizontally?
Second question: How do I make the background color of the iframes slightly transparent to show the image behind them? Is it possible?

I am using Visual C++ 2005 to write code a win32 console application.

There was an error message about the power function when I compiled the code. It is: error c2668: 'pow' :ambiguous call to overloaded function.

The statement is:

tempDistance += pow((data[selectedInstance][k]-data[j][k]),2);

I used various headers like:

, and but the error message remained the same.

What is the cause of the error? I've checked the syntax and it seems correct.

I've been using someone else's code, which does this all by hand. Works great, but isn't there an easier way to bind data to a DDL control? I'd like to start with a new C# web app, and add a DDL, then bind data using the properties of the drop list. Looks like everything is OK, but the list is always empty when I test it. I add sqlDataAdapter, sqlConnection1, and finally a dataset. Am I just missing the final trigger or something?
