I have a digital camera Fine Pix A350 by Fuji that I took pictures at a trade show. I now need to transfer some of the photos to post on my website. The web site building software is Dreamweaver MX. OK, so with all the bells and whistles I can not manage to reduce the picture to fit into an idea size for the web site around 260 w and 215 h . I have Publisher which one friend thought would work for changing it as well of course the camera software but after hours can not figure it out.
Thank you in advance.

Why don't you use a software like Macromedia Fireworks to decrease the size of the image. Instead of using the tag to decrease the size.

Download Macromedia Fireworks 8 from http://www.adobe.com .

either in dreamweaver u can mention the w & h of the pic specifically rather than the actual size of pics or u can reduce the size of the pics in photoshop.all the best.
