I had a question for the Computer Programmers that were good or lucky enough to land a job, can you tell me, what is an honest days work like for you, do you think its worth the time you spent in school (or if lack of do you wish you would have spend time or more time in school?). Do you like/love/hate your job?

i want to develop an online sales and inventory system for a bookstore. the inventory system is only meant for the staff. i plan to use visual studio .net 2003 using vbscript and ms access for the d/base. can someone please help me with the code to:

1)link access to .net
2)give a sample code for login, add, delete, update and delete
3)should i use windows application or asp.net web application for the inventory system??

I want to control a boolean value in a function, should I pass the variable as "true" or "false", or integer like 1 or 0 ??? Which one is efficient ?

I would like to help my husband with his accounts but I find word annoying and difficult,not having had any lessons on the thing.Is there a programme I could download that would be easier and prints what it says on the packet.I already have Works and dont find that much better for spreadsheets.Can anyone help please.

its like the IME for hindi/japanese have a small window with buttons.Like one button has a pop up menu to turn auto completion on/of..other has a button for flyweel on/off.
