I am looking for forums or comment boards that have an aesthetically pleasing design that's also easy to use, much like Yahoo Answers does. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well if it's forums your looking for, check out digitalpandemic.com which used to be lue2.org . I personally don't like the forums themselves, the community is kinda mean and stuff but the forum system they use is absolutely excellent.

phpbb has a nice layout and alot of user contributed templates you can just "turn on"...its easy to install too.
