I really want to learn how to animate and be able to master actionscrips. and i have already tried loser online text tutorials and newgrounds flash tutorials.

bro, i've been a flash developer and i started out real shaky. I understand how you feel. I hate flash in the beginning. but i was interned in a company who uses flash as platform for development.
I was forced to learn flash quickly in a short period of time. Its not easy but the fastest way to learn flash is by hands on experience.
I have a lot of hands on projects which i created from the company i interned. It really taught me patience and hardwork as well.. my advice is to start with little gaming projects if you are a programmer. or how about a short movie if you like designing. one more tip: memorise common actionscript functions cos it'll save you lots of time

First thing is Hardwork.Do not be lazy.Try Help Tutorials insode the Flash Spftware.There some Basic Lessons Inside that.Go through it Firstly.

trial and error thats wat my advice i used to learn actionscript on the real time projects,necessity is the mother of inventions,so be engaged with making ur portfolio or ur demo reel in flash,explore flash,that leads to face some problems to solve that u will try to find answers as the above answers revealing u need to dedicate for that,important thing is as a animator u have to think of logically as well as with artistic sense too,u should be in both of worlds.
