It looks like the image itself has gone bad or has a truncated ending. Try opening them first on your computer then uploading them instead of going straight from your camera.

Depending on the web server, the path is likely case sensitive after the .ir/ so I'd suggest looking at that. Look and make sure that the directory is images and not Images or that it's .jpg and not .JPG, that kind of thing.

Also, in your ftp client went you look at the /Picture/ directory do you see 1511.jpg there or did it fail to even transfer?

If you want to tell me the page where your image tag is then I don't mind looking at that and seeing if I notice something.

Edit: Actually, after looking at it more closely I think the first two answers are closer to the actual problem.

Your image contains errors. If you can see the image in your computer after transferring it from the camera, then it means that your image got corrupted while you were uploading it using FTP. I suggest that you use your hosting account' s "File Manager" to upload. I hope that your web host has got a good File Manager. Just like cPanel or Plesk. If it doesn't have one, I suggest that you switch hosts.
